Bohemian Creamery is the creation of Lisa Gottreich and Miriam Block who recently decided to break out of their midlife moulds and fill new ones with innovative and compelling cheeses. They embrace the mission of making cheese in a sustainable fashion, honoring the changing rhythms of all the natural processes which influence the taste and body of the cheese.
